The stools are dark, pungent but very satisfying to expel. Spinach and celery would appear to be key. I am planning on adding legumes to my dietary regime soon, this should speed the processes somewhat

Your joy seems to be shared with other BE members judging from my karma.

I have had 3 hours sleep all night, cant even think straight now - wish I could go home to bed.
Luckily I work in a nice office in this temp job so today shouldnt be too bad at all but knackered barely describes it. Dad is still in hospital, spoke to him on Sunday but as he is on the morphine again, he doesnt make much sense and I cant wait till he is home and strong again,

Anyway, back on-topic ... I have snared a second interview on Friday for a full-time position at a proper company with offices and everything.
So, the day is on the up. AND I still have half a bottle of decent Shiraz left.
