The crime in North Lakes is reported in one of the local papers and we always laugh at just how low these stats are. There is a security patrol throughout the night as well.

We have been in North Lakes for almost 2 years now and my oldest lad (20) has rented a 3 bedroom house on there for the last 18 months.

The communal area (BBQ & Pool) is fantastic to have...

As Lisa said they have some nice designs and yes they are pricey. We went with Clarendon Homes who offer very nice designs, they have a great reputation and after all of the extras were about 30k...
