Restricts you to an area roughly defined as between Mango Hill, Logan, Ipswich, and Moreton Bay then.....

Bulimba is the duck's nuts.
Restaurants, bars, cinema, shops, boat ramp, parks, City Cat and cross river ferry stop, dodgy nine hole golf course , sports clubs and is also home to most of the Brisbane Lions (Jason Akermanis lives a few houses down from us!)

Hi Dynamite have a look at this website www.springfieldlakes.com.au it may give you an insight into one of th areas near Brisbane. We are moving here in October (subject to Visa grant ) and it ticks all our boxes. It may not be for you but you can take a look.

I would check out bayside - Wynnum, Manly, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Ormiston and Cleveland as they are all child friendly
