Yes, you can certainly do it on your own, and we will be in 2 months time!. I am just researching the details, there is more 'legwork' involved obviously, but I figure there should be big savings....

I agree with dewdrop. e will be trying to sell our house or rent it, and have repainted, retiled bathrooms, bought new bathroom fixtures and will recarpet a couple of rooms.
