I know two good Brit hairdressers here. Both of them are members of the Brit Expats in Edmonton Facebook page. One works at Spasation on Calgary Trail, and one at an Aveda Salon in Leduc.

Tiniest bonfire I've ever seen. It was like a double sized firepit, but the fireworks were great, and so was being around a few hundred people from the home land.

Yep, just ask everyone. Call if possible and explain yours is a good dog etc. They usually want a non-refundable pet deposit.

www.rentfaster.ca is a good site for property rentals here in Edmonton.

You can use www.mls.ca for getting an idea of property costs etc in different parts of the city.
