Default Bonfire Night - Edmonton

Not sure how good it will be, but the St. George Society are having a bonfire and fireworks at the Shrine Temple - 14510 142 Street.

Gates open at 6.30 pm, Bonfire lit at 7.00 pm, Fireworks at 7.30 pm.

It's apparently $10 per car. I've not been before but a bunch of us expats are going to give it a go tonight if anyone wants to join us.

How was it? Did they give you a cup of soup, a dog roll and a jacket potato?

Tiniest bonfire I've ever seen. It was like a double sized firepit, but the fireworks were great, and so was being around a few hundred people from the home land.
