I've just rung Singapore Airlines again and they've confirmed to me that any additional luggage over your allowance will be charged at £30/kg.

Which is a shame :( because I was looking forward...

I've now been told by Singapore Airlines that my hubby can have a maximum of 25kg as he has a Residence Visa and on the visa in his passport it doesn't say that he can stay indefinitely in NZ. Me...

I was hoping to get this extra allowance with Singapore Airlines, now I'm not so sure I'll get it cos I'll be travelling on my kiwi passport, mainly so that I don't have to get a visa in my UK...
