When first went back, I set myself up with a local temp agency. They had me working in 2 days. Permanent job in 3 months.

My Dad is a contractor in Canada - he has all his certs in UK, Alberta and Ontario.... To put it simply he says - UK methods of construction have no place in current Canada.

My hubby has permanent status int the UK and I am my kids are British citizens and hold UK Passports, but we have been in Canada for the last 18 months due to cancer scares in my dad...
