I had an accountant recommended by a businessman I knew from Goa. I paid him a good yearly fee and he got me my directors digital signature sorted and my PAN card,(tax card I think this is)

Most of the sale was by cash but I did put 1 lac in my personal account.
I got the rupees changed by an extremely helpfull exchange guy my friend knows at the rate as said before of 73. A £1000...

Yes all out but it was only a small sum in comparison with other peoples houses. Exchange rate charged was 73 rs to the £

When we bought the flat we got the flat 1 lac was 81 rs, approx £1200...
