That is my hassle - failed to submit docs to RBI - despite assurance they had been sent and fee paid to submit them ! Failure to submit these docs to RBI carries fines of up to 50k per director.
I agree we all need some luck - or divine intervention - or an injection of empathy and common sense for the Goan govt !
All I wanna do is live a simple quiet existence in a chilled place that I love, which is what I think we all on this site have in common.

If the authorities hate him then just maybe he is the one to go to.
He obviously is'nt afraid to ruffle their feathers.
Its the ones that are afraid to confront the authorities and force them to uphold the letter of the law that i would personally avoid.
