When paradiso was being built (about 3 years back) I had called them up to find out the prices etc, they were way above what was prevailing in upmarket goa at that time, so I presume they have good...

To the best of my knowledge you don't need a driving licence for electric bikes and no paper work for registration etc is required. The best place to find out more is the sales point.

Just got back from Goa. The weather is beginning to get hot during the day. Early mornings (before 8.30) and evenings post 5.30 are cool. Most of March would be like that.
