Remember everybody that this guy is the one who wanted you all struck off the site and said that he had sent all this stuff to churchills in the hope that they would take legal action against BE and us for slander. That thread has been removed now.
I hope he finds a pill and inserts it where it belongs, he is taking the p**s out of all of FNs because he isn't one and can therefore invest in what he likes.
If you don't believe me, PM the Mods for confirmation.

Hi Tony this gets better, How's your day been. You must be in the uk as its pretty miserable today

All struck of
no only the ones that have or are forcing it down peoples throats without even taking into consideration that they maybe a PIO, or otherwise and could buy. Its the way its being down hence their are may lurkers on this site and they PM me direct to talk about the B/W project. The attitude that I am seeing on here is, well I cant buy so no one else should is what's coming across, I understand this has been a n.mare to say the least but people like Noni is living proof that a little noffi can soften the blow
..... For Noni and others alike I really believe and pray that they hear the positive news they are awaiting for.No need for anyone to trouble them selves and pm the mod's, as what your saying bar taking the pis out of all the fn's is 100% true. what do you think the mods are there for TP... I wonder why the thread was removed then, lets see.....ah because it was wrong. Play by the rules and respect others and their threads then this would not of happened right. You should think it lucky for the site/mod were tipped of to take action or maybe folk could of been struck off. Its ok your welcome...
So Tony you can attempt to turn people against me say what you want because I will still continue to respect others FN's, PIO's, NRI's, etc and even you but wont take any crap. There is nothing I could learn or want to learn about the issues in goa that I am not aware about already. As I said right from the start my common primary interest is folk who can or want to buy in B/W for the purposes to share info and build a community, If I find out that they are FN's then I will send them your way Tony...joking.. they will be helped as much a possible and they will be aware of your good selves for info also.
It's also fun .. at times
talking to everyone else on here and making new cyber friends who one day you may meet....will you be my friend Tony? Take care lad, life's to short

I don't mind that someone is in a position to do things that I can't, good luck to them.
However I don't have to accept rudeness or arrogance, plus the childish threats of legal action against this site purely on the basis of people posting comments on HIS thread that he doesn't like, dear dear dear.
That's why he is on my ignore list, I don't have to see any of his posts.

I agree with Tony here 100%. IB is way out of line. Its fine to disagree but public decorum is a must on public sites. IB's tone and language is very patronizing.

Hi
I looked at the site of Braganza about a week ago and it looks very picturesque. I was interested in buying a two bedroom apartment. Is this possible as a British National? will it become any easier in the future do you think? How many of you on the thread have bought?
Regards Alan

See the Buyer Beware thread and you'll pick up the whole sorry story.
Nothing much seems to be happening at present on the registration front,
as far as I am aware all foreign registrations are still suspended.
A time to look, watch, and see what develops methinks.
Good Luck

Hi,
I had reserved a flat at Braganza World via Churchill. They instructed me to pay the initial instalment directly to the developer via Canara Bank in London. I have paid the first instalment.
Is that what you people who bought via Churchill did as well?
I gather that some of you are buying at Braganza World. Could you please tell me how you paid the instalments?
I still have not heard from the developers so I am a bit uneasy.
Any information about your experiences would be helpful.
thanks

Hi john,
I paid my first payment in Feb 07, they have not started yet so have not charged any more planning is almost in. A big project hence. I paid Churchills direct, it takes time for the reciept to arrive from Goa. But I did get a reciept from both parties. Just hope they start it soon.
If you have not already, please research on non indians buying in Goa/india, if you are just investing and plan to flip it via churchills to a NRI/PIO at a markup then that could work. But you need to do some home work.
Good luck

After returning recently from Goa i have to stress to all that if you are not a PIO do not purchase! You will not be able to register the sale deed in your name and will have problems when it comes to completion.
I dont know why Churchills are selling to non indians! Even to re sell a property you must produce a PIO card..so all of you that have purchased need to get legal advice.

It will be interesting to know if Churchills are an UK based estate agent as they can be held responsible under the Misrepresentation Estate Agents Act for giving false details. ~Can you tell us if they are UK or off shore. Perhaps you people who have ?Bought? through them could contact the Estate Agents Complaints Advisory Service - you can get their address from any Estate Agent Office.

So depending on how the Goan government word their new regulations PIO's may be barred too!
