when I was looking around (although nearly 2 years ago - and in the Bay are, not SF proper) they were all pretty pricey. Out here "Safest Way" were reputable, and comparable, but stll $65 per hour...

Yes, you want to watch out for that one.. our house "completed" the sale one month after being in the US, and we were taxed by the US Gov't on the money we "earned" in the sale. :frown:
