You need to check your UK house insurance as many insurers' standard policies only allow your UK property to be unoccupied for 3 months at a time and you may have to get them to change this- no doubt...

Just because the EA has put a price on it doesn't mean it will sell for that in todays market. It may be just another example of excess and optimistic sellers in the UK housing market IMO
