You need to check your UK house insurance as many insurers' standard policies only allow your UK property to be unoccupied for 3 months at a time and you may have to get them to change this- no doubt...

People don't suffer if they buy something else because price falls will be relative-people trading up will have a smaller gap to fund and those trading down will pay off their mortgages easier and...

An offer is just that, you don't have to accept it. If a seller thinks it is "insulting" then no doubt another buyer will come along and offer a better price. Eventually. No buyer is going to pay...

Just because the EA has put a price on it doesn't mean it will sell for that in todays market. It may be just another example of excess and optimistic sellers in the UK housing market IMO
