They came and packed yesterday, container came and was loaded today and we received the invoice in the post for the same price we were quoted back in May! Obviously there will be costs...

As long as the main applicant enters first it is okay for the other(s) to arrive on a later date as long as it is before the expiration of the initial entry date.
