Validity STNI nomination

Validity STNI nomination
Hi Experts,
I have applied under 137 STNI in Jan 2006 ( Got SA's nomination in Jan
2006) and sent my medicals n PCC reports last week ( Requested). But
recently I checked SA's STNI nomination list it says Planning Level
Achieved (However, Nomination may be considered if a firm job offer (of
at least three months) is obtained from a South Australian employer). I
checked email from SA carefully n found that this Nomination is valid
for 12 months or until your nominated occupation is removed from the
"Occupations for State Occupations List" whichever occurs earlier.
I guess it is certain that they will remove my occupation from 1st July
coz they reached planning level.
So I just want to know that my till what time my STNI nomination will
be valid ????

If you have sent your PCC/medicals requested you should get your visa very soon. As soon you have the visa in your passport that is it it doesn't matter if your occupation comes off the list. We are 137 STNI going to SA and hope to be there very soon!!
