I logged on to the CIC website for the first time in ages and saw that my file was sent from Sydney to Montreal on July 27th. Any idea how long it takes once it gets to your local office?

Hi Alex, sounds like my timeline is very similar to yours. In Montreal, applied August 2009, received confirmation and the Canada book end of Feb 2010, and nothing since.

Think it's worth mentioning that you're easily trackable on an annual basis when you file your taxes. If you land in Quebec with a CSQ and then move straight away, Quebec won't have a record of you...
