Yep
We have a really gret neighbourhood. I guess we are all kinda close which helps.

Of course it's not utopia but most of the crime we have is lower class drug related.

Food is generally cheaper here than in uk....me and my OH shop at Coopers and Extra Foods...Coopers is good choice for meat and extra foods no name labels are as good as anything else Baked beans...

Currently you can get them cheaper than 500k...look around Barnhartvale...Brand new in Batchelor (Saddleback Hills) people bought and then were hoping to make a fast buck dropped to 300-400k,...
