Obtain a loan or credit card here in Australia. Send the money over there to pay it off. Once the debt is here and not there, you can then have the flexibility to get the 0% finance on a credit card...

Westpac Systems Outage

All their systems seems to be down...

I have tried ATM, Using my card at the Supermarket, Online website.

Anybody know the reason?

Could be an attack to their systems after they announced...

All IT agencies are out to make money. However, comparing the run-of-the-mill UK agent to the AUS ones there is a big difference. The AUS ones seem a little more human.

I have to agree with this in that stretching and strengthening is the best thing.

I recently did some straight leg deadlifts at the gym which over the next two days really made the hamstrings...

You need to go see a Chiropractor. I have a bad back and did the whole Doctor and Physio thing. The only thing that helped me was a Chiro.

However, some Chiros are rubbish.

Ive been to Valhalla in Fortitude Valley, next to Brisbane. Is a very good Muay Thai boxing gym. Very geared towards actual fighters though. Don't think they do gradings.
