It's worldwide income. The tax-free ISA status is only for UK purposes.

I'm using Teksavvy dry DSL for $41/month. So no fixed line required. Max speed here in Ontario is 5Mbps but the download limit is 200G, way better than Rogers.

For fixed phone I use vbuzzer VOIP....

Probably, the only thing you wont get from your NZ TV is the ability to use the built-in tuner since it will not be NTSC/ATSC compatible. The TV will essentially just be a monitor which you can hook...
