this usually gives you an idea of most companies in your region, their charges and any caps.
I use Velcom through a dry loop (no phone) and the charge for unlimted DL is $42.95.

There's also a website where you can register for a free phone number and make calls to most cities in Canada for free via your PC. $50 one off charge to use it via a VOIP modem/ATA but still a bargain.
