hello,

if you are applying for a visa in your own right (175) and not a sponsored visa by a hospital / agency then you are probably quicker applying to the state board for registration in the area...

As far as i understand if you apply for any visa type as a nurse you will have to apply for the ANMC for your letter of determination.
Since you are already registered with the qnc your application...
