I had same predicament, but I got letter from GP stating all my previous readings as I am on medication for high blood pressure.
I also went to local Lloyds chemist for a diabetes test and went back...

we waited 8 weeks for our buyers to sign missives and 3 weeks before we are due to move they still havent signed and they have now moved date till Dec. Well pissed off so we have put house back on...

Long haul flights to Oz. I travelled with both BA and Quantas a couple of years ago and they both had TV on back of chair, great movie selection too.
