How is your house sale going PartII
Hopefully things will have moved forward for some or circs changed for others. I know my box will now be changed to "reduced price" 
. How is everyone else doing??

the only move forward is that we have had several viewing, all liking the house but in the end have choosen different locations (ie different towns/villages). Got a few more this weekend plus a 2nd viewing, so things are hopeful, even though we have not yet been on the market 1mth.

Blimey thats good!!! we are into our 4th month and no offers/second viewings or bugger all really!!! oh, i stand corrected, we have had 20 time wasters

The interest rate freeze should stabilise the market for the time and inspire a little more confidence...............Hopefully!

Sold and in rented accommodation.sold same day as house went on the market,estate agent told us the housing market was slow,we would not get a anyone to view for at least 10 weeks. sold full asking price ,and cash buyer.

Should (fingers crossed) be exchanging contracts in 2 or 3 weeks and complete (again, fingers crossed) 25th November !

Gone on the market this week, and the STUPID! F****** tenant I rent it to wants to make an offer.
the Twat won't make any offers other than through the estate agent!
