Check out the Donald Simpson Centre between Bloomfield Street and Wynyard Street. They organise lots of outings and activities.
My mum goes there quite a lot. It caters for over 50s.

My friend asked them to change his application from 137 to 136 and they copied him in on an email between departments asking for it to be done.

They issued a 137 visa to him today!

I think you will find that Royal Mail lose track of the item once it leaves the UK.
We used www.interparcel.com who are half the price of DHL and you can track the item through the DHL...

We enrolled 2 of our children in state primary school in Cleveland with no problems!
The forms never asked what type of visa we have so do not worry about that either....
