Just looked through the forum and couldn't see a recent meet in the bayside area. We live in Redland Bay, and wondered if anyone else would be up for a meet in June sometime.
We have seen quite a few newcomers to the area recently, us included (9 months) so it would be good to put faces to names.

Hi Jamie and Joe,
We were thinking of a family event, maybe on a Saturday afternoon in June.
One idea of a location that we thought of was in redland bay on the park by the hotel. Theres a big field there, a play park for the kids, a couple of barbies and it overlooks the coast. There is a BWS and other shops nearby to grab supplies from.Unless anyone else has another suggestion.
We are open to discovering new places. So please, any other suggestions.

Redland Bay sounds fine to us especially as we haven't been to that park yet. We are available anytime in June.

Is that decided then. The park at Redland Bay. Haven't got a calendar to hand to suggest a date yet. I'll get on to that later. Just need to rally some more troops in the next few weeks.

We may be around as we are planning to be out mid June time.......... Please God !!!!!
It would be lovely as we are going to have a good look around before we settle somewhere, so it would be nice to meet people who have been there and done it !!
Will keep an eye out and also would love to bring the children ours are 11 and 7 girl and boy

Hi there - we are newbies too - just arrived last week and would love to meet up with others. We are looking at the bayside area and spent all day sunday doing a reccie of the different parks. We are currently staying with family in the northern suburbs until our container arrives but would definitely be interested in a meet up in June so add us to the list.

We just don't seem to have much time to get on here anymore. Thought that you guys were in hiding!! Ha ha. We are all doing well, and yourselves?
Mandy is down the hospital with our eldest lad at the mo, think that he has broken his shoulder. Trust him.
Jane & Russ, and Jo & Mark, would be great to meet up with all you guys and welcome you all to paradise. Has anyone got a particular date in mind in June, maybe late on in the month to ensure that Jane and Russ are here.
I'll check the calendar later and suggest a date if thats ok.
