All theese and around are fine, add Indooroopilly and Chapel Hill, Bardon. 400K is a bit tight for that area, but hopefully you will find something.

All treated materials are OK. You can't bring in untreated products, like rawhyde or wooden table with eyes. The customs will treat with insecticide anything suspitious.

Totally agree.

It's not that the house won't happen at all. Just start with something modest, further away. Majority of those who is now 44 and own a great house, started at 20 in a tiny flat.
