It gave a modern day family the change to live for two and a half months as Ranch owners/settlers would have done back in 1865. They had to run the ranch and manage the staff/cowboys...

It gets hot here in Texas. I'm talking HOT! 100 degrees plus and humid. Air conditioning is the greatest invention ever. Taking a dip in the pool is like taking a hot bath.
