If you want cheaper insurance using youre UK no claims most insurance companies ask for proof, we've been with a couple and they all asked for proof of no claims.

Hi, we live in Cleveland and love it here.
it takes around 40-45mins to get to the CBD depending on traffic, its only minutes from the train station, but worth the drive.

I think I worded it wrong... if the house you are buying hasn't got a pool and you are thinking of putting one in and really want one then you could say for instance have a clause " on the condition...
