Brisbane suburb advice
Hi
We are looking to come over to Brissie soon and hoping that someone can recommend some suburbs for us to check out.
We need to be near a train line and no more than 30 mins from CBD, we made the mistake of living without a train line here, and its a nightmare
We have only been to Bayside and have a rough idea of cost there, but do not need to live there, just havent had the chance to check elsewhere out yet. We will be renting initially.
Any info would be appreciated.

Don't forget the City Cat....that also gives rapid access to the city from nearly anywhere along the river.

it takes around 40-45mins to get to the CBD depending on traffic, its only minutes from the train station, but worth the drive.
Just remember Brissie is in a mini house boom at the mo, prices around here have increased around $30,000.

Grayling: we did like the city cat idea, but for $400 you wont get a house by the looks of it, i dont want a townhouse really as im used to my space now.
Thanks for the help guys
