I have just registered to teach in WA.

First you have to do a 2 day course (complete waste of time.) I had to wait 8 weeks to do this course so apply as early as possible if you need to.

I believe it is because they have the option to emigrate and join you up until they are 18 on your visa app. Once they are 18 they have to apply for their own visa! So DIMIA request any potential...
