Yes, kiwis are leaving but replacements are surpassing them so there's still demand for houses/rentals.

If you don't have to buy direct and not in a hurry its cheaper if you deliver to uk first (say relatives) as postage is generally free to uk address, and so only pay VAT and write gift on package....
