So Ottawa CIC office apparently doesn't take appointments - its drop in on Tuesdays between 9-12.

My hubby would be inclined to agree with you ... he's been a visitor (and stay-at-home-dad to our 2yo) for 5 mths and I can tell he's chomping at the bit to be able to get back to work!
