That's exactly right, hence Revolut is no good if your in the UK sending money to Spain because you now incur charges from the receiving bank

I use TransferWise now, so it costs me around around £3.50 per €750 monthly transfer but it's cheaper than the daylight robbery that is Sabadells €18 min fee!

It certainly seems it at the moment, Revolut was the cheapest as the rate was the city rate as per TransferWise but no charges to exchange or send, up to GBP 1000 a month, but unfortunately Revoluts...

i did wonder that but i suspect the Belgium IBAN that TransferWise use would charge for receiving from a GB IBAN, as i say, i don't know but wouldn't be surprised

Was easy for me as well, just a passport or driving licence and a selfie, it says wait 48 hours for your approval but mine and i expect for most was instant, rate is city rate, not as competitive as...

Can't help with Spain but in the UK you can still use the old CN22 form if you have them, it's to avoid wasting stock, i still had 2 rolls left and continue to use them

Thanks for the info, i have now opened a TransferWise account, at the top in the App it shows a Sterling account, a Euro account and a USD account so I'm presuming it's the boarderless account...

Yes, this is all new so I'm sure the various companies and challenger banks will sort something out in the end, i thought it was worth asking originally to see if anyone had figured a way around it...
