I think they will allow you to take it as carry-on baggage in the plane. If you want to check it in ...then you will not...

I'd have to concur with Jim. I opened an account with HIFX here in the US within 2 hours and made my first purchase of Oz dollars by the 4th hour. I did a forward contract, where I get my Oz dollars...

Here's another good link for LIVE market rates. Most services including HIFX will quote you with a margin ..to make money of course ...but these are a good indicator that you can bargain with when...

If I buy a NTSC Camcorder from the USA, will I be able to find TVs that can play a video feed from it easily in Oz ? I understand Oz has PAL Video standard and US has NTSC. Its just that...

Don't remember the exact text on mine either, but if you got it from the Embassy of India, it would be on a letterhead with the embassy name/address and the statue of Ashoka's lions centered on the...
