Do you want the good news or the bloody good news???
After a really poo start to the year which has lasted until this week, I can now walk around with the biggest grin on my face, cos WE BLOODY GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got an offer on the house yesterday, £5K below asking price which we have already dropped by £10K (see those Oz dollars going down in my mind)
Got the grant letter in the post this morning.
I feel absolutely poo. Been sick twice in the night, but nothing can make my smile go away now!!! Feel we've been waiting for years!!!
I'm off to update timeline.

On the market for about 13 weeks and we must have had over 30 viewings. Tiring!!! Giles might have to "do a Warren" and stay behind to complete the sale though. I've got to go in October at latest because of the pregnancy and flying.
Good luck with your sale. Fingers crossed for you and hope that you get HOME to Jill and Midge soon!!!

Congrats Vicky, all go now then, also just to let you know my friend here is about to have her 2nd baby and can't speak too highly about the treatment here, also others that have met who have gone through the preggie/birth here have been very happy. Hope things shift so you don't have to come alone
