We did this with the NI contributions and it was sent through really quickly and covered every employment we had been in since age 16. This was never asked for but was worth getting just in case :)

We came out with Canadian affair last week and they are strict on their weights. We had 3kg over on our hold bags (1kg each) and they weigh hand luggage too mine was 8.6kg as I had a lot of paperwork...

Just for your info, before speaking with them, we had ours done at Orchard Medical Centre in Bristol and they only do them on a Thursday. They were very good and quick and painless
