Yes, they are slowly fixing the area up--maybe after the intercommunity payment for July-Sept. is collected they will move faster. It does get quite windy up there--and the mosquitos?

As long as Fadesa pays for it we don't care what it costs! It seems there's some damage to gears or something. So far the heaviest stuff has been delivered (poor guys) by Carrefour but we still lug...

On a central air unit filters should be checked and cleaned at least once a year and since for us they're above the bathroom ceiling they're a bit tough to get at. Besides Wilfredo gave us free...
