That's one way they do it but they also do "contextual" advertising where they look at keywords and phrases on the page you're on to target an ad to you which is what I suspect is happening here.

Yes it is the one run by Loraine but I don't know her personally. It's currently got over 5000 members who I presume are from the Javea/Denia/Moraira area.
