If you both have PR then I don't think your other half would have any trouble in finding work as an enrolled nurse as the next person. I know that they still have to register so maybe your best bet...

My husband's visa has 8502 printed on it which means that my husband cannot enter before me. This is the condition of the visa. If it doesn't say anything then it should be ok.
