In my experience buying land & building yourself adds a lot of value than buying a prebuilt home.

I've decided on timber for living areas, tiles for kitchen & wet areas, but not sure for the bedrooms.

There are many Badminton clubs in SYdney... You usually can walk in , pay 5 dollars and play couple of hours.

I would prefer to get my Racquets from Singapore or Malaysia, would be very cheap.

Yet they asked me to take IELTS to prove I have vocational english capabilities.

My application acknowledgment date is 5th January 2004.

Medicals Requested December 2004 and sent on January 15th 2005.

Still waiting for visas.

Your employer references are only verified for the duration till your application lodgement date. It is not required you should continue with employment though make sure you break with ur current...
