Yep, just phoned the Heathrow office again and spoke with Nabila. Checked baggage is 20kg PLUS 10kg due to the destination being Melbourne. Plus 7kg's hand baggage.

The reason I am moving to Melbourne is very easy! The other half is Australian and she does not want to live in the UK. (Neither do I, tbh).
