Yes they do. Well not up here they don't. They may carry odd people but not 60 passengers. :) Public transport is great for getting to and from work, small shopping trips or even drunken nights out...

It’s not speeding that causes accidents, it’s inappropriate speed.

It’s not up to them to continually tell us what the speed limit is. We should know, especially if we drive the roads regularly....
