Im in one of these just now and for me anyway its quite simply rent for a certain period, if I decide to buy the money paid in rent will be deducted from the purchase price.

100% Agree. I find their comments infuriating. Perhaps instead of prowling these forums their time would be better spent with their kids/grandkids and this forum would be a much happier place.

Your circuit breaker has tripped inside the pump control box, open box, switch back on, job done. :)

I had the same a few times during the power outages, may save you a few euros!

I hear you! There is an awful lot of retired folks out here but there a lot of younger folks, you just wont see them in the bars so much for obvious reasons. Once my 7 and 12 year old started school...

lol... We went in a few weeks back on a Sunday, but walked back out as there was too much cigarette smoke for the bairns, it looked ok though. Whatabout the bar in La romana ...San Fransico I think...

I think its called Bar Pepin on the main road through Frailes and apparently do an excellent Sunday Roast and it will be heavin with brits :)
