Medical facilities in the ME are borderline third world. Locals travel to Europe or Singapore for medical treatment.

Brisvegas is not an oil and gas city. North in Gladstone there are new LNG trains to be built to service the Coal Seam Gas industry, or (way) west to Jackson.
