Apart from your tortured logic there, you might also be missing the point. We have perfectly good doctors in Aus/NZ who are non Anglo-Saxon, the point being that they have usually trained in first world countries, or sat exams to prove that their qualifications are up to a standard that is expected.

All I was saying in my post, is that a lot of the doctors in the ME are from Iraq, Jordan, Syria, India, Pakistan or Egypt. None of which, last time I checked, were first world nations or had first world education systems.
