Hi guys new poster here i have a question

I've been doing some searching but can't seem to find an answer. Can you apply for residentcy for portugal from overseas? Or do you have to be in Portugal like i keep seeing.

I think in Canada if you have a prospectors licence you can carry a sidearm so you could get round it that way if you wanted.

It could be a giant malamute/wolf cross does it howl? A friend of mine had two in england used for hunting they were hybrids and they used to howl like wolfs alot.
