UK contributory pensions and Australian tax

I see that my superfund here is Australia will pay my pension from it tax free. Does that mean that a pension from a UK contributory scheme will not attract tax in Australia?

Good luck! I got to Adelaide last Friday, started work on Monday and feel like I've been here for months...its a very comfortable place to be as long as you try to be like the natives not like a Brit...

Does the same apply if you don't have the label but are relying on the 'electronic' visa (I believe that folk from the UK don't have to have the visa stamp) and have renewed passports since the visa...
