Agree absolutely with you Noni, that this is disgusting, but I think most "Indians" would agree with you also.
I have a memory about an English judge saying something similar about a much older child in court, can't remember the details.

Steady old girl -before you start a witch hunt- these sketches were issued by the Goa police - you don't know whether either - or any are accurate (some reports of four sketches).
