Hi,
Can anyone let me know if it is worth making back payments in to U.K. Pension? We left 7 yrs ago and are both in our 50s. Thank you in advance.We are currently in Australia.

regarding claiming benefits on returning, such as job seekers, as I understand it, if you pass the Habitual Residency Test and are a British Citizen you should be able to claim. I could be wrong...

Wondering if someone could help answer please, our son has gained OZ citizenship but has just applied to have his U.k. passport renewed instead of applying for an OZ one as he say's he want's...
